The battery of the Ewincher electric winch handle has a long autonomy, sufficient to go out without problem during the day.

Example of use on a 40-foot sailboat in 15 knots of wind:

Hoist the mainsail 3 times
Make 25 to 30 tack
Charging time: 1h30 in 12V and 220V
For boats over 40 feet, we recommend a spare battery.
