HMPE ropes are impregnated with a durable coating to reduce wear and extend service life. The strength of the HMPE rope is comparable in diameter/diameter to a steel rope. Construction: 100% High Modulus Polyethylene (HMPE).

The Dynalight Ref. 13 features a breaking strength close to steel. Very supple and very stable under load, it shows a great resistance to fatigue, flexing and abrasion.

Advantages:
Easy and quick to splice.

Use:
Heavy load handling, soft shackles, lashing, straps, spinnaker guys or halyards. Extra cover is easy to fit and recommended on areas working with clutches, winches...

Construction:
12 plait HMPE (High Modulus Polyethylene) or Dyneema® SK78 braid with PU coating for wear protection. Available in a Dyneema® SK99 version.
