With its compact design, the HX210E enables quick and easy operation for the user thanks to the E20 function (Easy to Operate). The high-resolution LCD display simplifies it even more. The HX210E is waterproof to IPX7 (at a depth of 1 m for 30 minutes) and automatically starts flashing when it comes into contact with water. The flashing light can be configured in different variants (SOS, Stobo, constant lighting). With this radio, the user can receive all international channels as well as the VHF radio frequencies from 76 - 108 Mhz. The user can switch the transmission power of the HX210E between 1, 2, 5 or 6 W. The new, built-in, powerful lithium-ion battery (1850 mAh) ensures that the user can use it for a long time.

Water Activated Emergency Strobe light
If the radio falls in the water an emergency strobe light is automatically activated, even when the unit is turned off. The strobe can be reconfigured to flash on and off, flash SOS, or set to stay on continuously.
